Adam Cotterell

Adam is an Executive Director at Axius Partners and has over 25 years of banking and project finance experience in real estate and construction.

Prior to joining Axius Adam was Director NSW for the ANZ Institutional Property Group, leading a team that originated and executed a number of significant real estate financing transactions across a broad group of clients ranging from listed REIT’s to high net worth local and off-shore property investors and developers.

More recently focusing on real estate development, Adam personally led a number of complex multi-bank transactions and has strong experience in transacting through both senior and subordinated debt structures.  

​Adam graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Master of Business (Finance and Banking) and also the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics).
