Axius Partners recently assisted a Sydney based property investor with the renewal of it's corporate debt facility. Funding was provided via a major Australian Bank and was secured via a CBD commercial office asset. Whilst current real estate credit conditions remain challenging for property investors and developers, Axius Partners was able to secure funding on attractive terms.
