Axius Partners recently assisted a Sydney based property investor / developer

Axius Partners recently assisted a Sydney based property investor / developer, obtain and structure a working capital facility secured by 7 commercial properties.

The funds raised were used to facilitate the acquisition of new development sites that will be developed over the next 24 months.

The funding was secured with a local real estate credit fund manager.   Despite challenging conditions in real estate debt markets, resulting from the recent deterioration in macro-economic conditions, Axius Partners was able to secure debt funding and assist the structuring of same on favourable terms and conditions for the sponsors.  Axius Partners welcomes the opportunity to help secure finance for property transactions.
