Axius Assists Local Subsidiary of Singaporean Based Wealth Manager

Axius Partners recently assisted the local subsidiary of a Singaporean based Wealth Manger obtain and structure a land and early works facility for the construction of a residential project being undertaken at Carlton, Victoria. The project will comprise a 9-storey residential building containing 80 residential apartments in various configurations, ground floor retail and a 3 level carpark for 70 cars.

The funding comprises the first stage of a 2-stage funding process, with construction funding to be sought in late 2021.

Despite challenging conditions in real estate debt markets, Axius Partners was able to secure the debt finance and assist the structuring of the transaction on favourable terms and conditions for the sponsors.
