Axius Partners recently assisted a Brisbane based property developer, obtain and structure a development finance facility for the construction a 6 x three story townhouse development in Bowen Hills Brisbane.

The funding has been structured without pre-sales and the project will be delivered over 16-months.

The funding was secured with a local private lender. Despite challenging conditions in real estate debt markets, resulting from the recent deterioration in macro-economic conditions.

Axius Partners was able to secure debt funding and assist the structuring of same on favourable terms and conditions for the sponsors, to facilitate delivery of the project and assist the sponsors ongoing growth agenda.
