Aniko Group acquired the site in 2023 and envisioned an ambitious masterplan to be delivered in stages leading up to the Brisbane Olympics. Stage 1 of this transformative project features 240 luxury apartments atop a commercial and retail podium.

Upon completion, The Landmark will stand as one of Queensland’s largest private mixed-use developments, encompassing an upper luxury 5-star hotel, circa 1000 apartments, and 12,000 sqm of retail and commercial space. It is set to redefine the heart of the Gold Coast.
