Axius Partners recently assisted a Sydney based property investor with the renewal of it’s corporate debt facility. Funding was provided via a major Australian Bank and was secured via a CBD commercial office asset. Whilst current real estate credit conditions remain challenging for property investors and developers, Axius Partners was able to secure funding on attractive terms.

Sydney Based Property Developer

Axius Partners recently assisted a Sydney based property developer to set up a development loan in Sydney’s Inner West. The facility comprises of a development loan and a pre-approval to convert the loan to a build-to-rent transaction at development completion.
