Prior to establishing Axius Partners George was Global Head of Real Estate at ANZ (Australian domiciled regional bank). He was employed at ANZ for 23 years and previous senior roles included, Head of Institutional Property, Executive Director – Property and Construction Finance and Director – Telco, Media and Entertainment.
In addition to his role at Axius Partners, George is also a current Board and Investment Committee Member of an Australian equities boutique Funds Manager – Selector Funds Management.
George holds a Master of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of NSW, a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Industrial Relations) from Wollongong University. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
John is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Axius Partners Pty Limited. He has over 30 year’s experience in the Australian Funds Management Industry.
John has extensive experience and relationships within the Australian Institutional Funds Industry and the Asset Consultant community. He has contacts across a broad spectrum of Pension Funds, Multi-Managers, Government legislated entities and Insurance companies.
His experience has exposed him to a broad range of asset classes that enables a valuable understanding of many investment strategies and their application in Australian institutional investment portfolios.
Prior to establishing Axius John worked for a number of Global Investment Management firms in Senior Management roles. This includes Head of Institutional Distribution and Sales roles at Credit Agricole Asset Management Australia, Credit Suisse Asset Management Australia, and Schroders Investment Management Australia.
In addition to his role at Axius Partners, John is also a current Shareholder and Board Member of Australian equities boutique Funds Manager – Selector Funds Management. As at January 2021 Selector managed A$2.8b in institutional portfolios.
John holds a Master of Commerce from the University of NSW and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong.
Adam is an Executive Director at Axius Partners and has over 25 years of banking and project finance experience in real estate and construction.
Prior to joining Axius Adam was Director NSW for the ANZ Institutional Property Group, leading a team that originated and executed a number of significant real estate financing transactions across a broad group of clients ranging from listed REIT’s to high net worth local and off-shore property investors and developers.
More recently focusing on real estate development, Adam personally led a number of complex multi-bank transactions and has strong experience in transacting through both senior and subordinated debt structures.
Adam graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Master of Business (Finance and Banking) and also the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics).
Michael is an Executive Director at Axius Partners and also the Head of Asian Business.
He has over 15 years experience working within finance, advisory and real estate sectors with ANZ, BOS International, ICBC and also JLL.
Michael is highly skilled in strategic consultancy, investment advisory and sophisticated deal structuring (debt and equity) and has facilitated most of the major Sino-Australian cross-boarder investments over the past eight years.
Michael holds a Masters of International Finance, as well as a Bachelors of Finance.
Eti is a Director at Axius Partners and has over 7 years experience in the funds management industry. His asset class expertise spans across equities, debt property and unlisted assets.
At Axius Eti’s key activities include capital raising, business development and institutional sales, research and analysis, financial modelling, and also conducting due diligence on potential Investors and Fund Managers.
